PPE is personal protective equipment; it’s the stuff used by your employees to stay safe as they work. It probably won’t be used in most office settings but in manual jobs, it’s essential. If you haven’t upgraded or even really thought about PPE for a long time, now is the time you did that. By giving thought to an important issue like this, you can do better at keeping your team safe.
Safety is one of those things that you really can’t afford to cut corners with. It’s simply too important to start doing things by half measures and letting things get too relaxed in your workplace. If you do, it will only really be a matter of time before someone gets really hurt and that’s the last thing anyone needs.
