Oh my goodness! It’s my birthday tomorrow and I’m going to be 41 tomorrow, and I’m getting all reflective and anticipating the next decade of my life.
Already the swinging 20’s have bought some interesting surprises to us all. Corona, black lives matters, and climate change banging on our door.
Life is never still – it’s always moving forward and as business owners we need to keep on riding the wave, staying relevant and adding value to our customers.
I’m also looking into what motivates me, delving into my own mindset and visualising the future I want to live in.
My life has already changed so much in the past decade. From a life on benefits, living in a small rented house, fighting cancer and being a single mum, to running my own successful business, owning my own home, finding a man I love and being financially independent.
But I want more!
And it’s ok to want more.
Sometimes we put the breaks on what we could achieve. We poo, poo our ideas. We feel like they belong to someone else. We feel bad about charging for our services. We feel ungrateful for wanting more. The idea of being rich feels dirty.
What would you do if you could do anything? What would you do if no-one was watching? What would you do if anything was possible?
Where would you live, what would you be doing, how many hours would you be working?
What do you want the next decade of your life to look like?
In a world where you can be anything, are you allowing yourself that?
You only get one stab at this life.
I’m a non-nonsense business coach helping entrepreneurs like you create successful businesses they love!
