In an article by business writer Haley Hoffman Smith, it’s revealed that consumers are 82% more likely to trust a company whose CEO is active on social media. Building a proper online presence as an entrepreneur builds your relationship with your followers, which could only bode well for your business.
Most store owners will probably want to try and make sure that their store is as successful as possible. Unfortunately, this is a lot harder than it seems and there are no clear strategies that will work every time. As much as we’d love to share some fail-proof ideas on how to improve your business, it really doesn’t work like that.
